Passkeys sign you in without a password (Face ID, Touch ID, Windows Hello, security key). Two-step adds an authenticator app or security key after your password.
Auto sign-out
For shared or office computers — this device signs you out after sitting untouched. Drivers are never signed out.
Dispatchers
Dispatchers see and edit the full board. Adding one also creates their login and shows you a password to send them.
Drivers — portal access
Create login makes the account and gives you a password to text them; on a driver who already has one it issues a new temporary password. Names, phones, and email changes live in the Admin console.
Data retention
Dispatch history is kept for 365 days; older days are removed automatically from the cloud and this device. Backups, company profile, and billing are in the Admin console.

10-4 TMS is a dispatch planning tool provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Dispatch decisions, driver assignments, and the accuracy of the information entered are entirely the responsibility of the dispatching company. 10-4 TMS is not liable for missed or incorrect dispatches, lost data, service interruptions, or any damages arising from use of the application. Always verify critical dispatch details directly with your drivers. Access is limited to accounts issued by your company; keep your login credentials private.

Privacy

To run the service, 10-4 TMS stores the information your company enters: dispatcher and driver account emails, driver names and phone numbers, customer and site details, and daily dispatch sheets. This data is stored with our cloud database provider (Supabase) and is visible only to your company's signed-in accounts. We do not sell data, show ads, or use third-party advertising trackers. The app uses browser storage (localStorage/IndexedDB) strictly to make the app work — sign-in sessions, local backups, and offline access — not to track you. Dispatch history is automatically purged after 365 days. To have data corrected or removed, contact your dispatch office.

What you need to run it

A current version of Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox with JavaScript enabled, on phone, tablet, or computer. An internet connection is required to sign in, sync between devices, and receive dispatches; staff devices that have signed in before keep limited offline access. Printing works best from a desktop browser.
