Who can open what: admin everything including this console · dispatch the dispatch board · mechanic the shop · billing 10-4 Billing · driver the driver portal. 10-4 Safety and 10-4 Quote open for admins and for anyone ticked under Also opens. Role changes apply at the person’s next sign-in. Also opens lets a person into another app on top of their role — a dispatcher who also bills, a mechanic who also sees the board; two-step follows the strictest app they can open. Drivers are created on the dispatch board (Settings → Drivers) so dispatch knows who they are; they appear here automatically.

Newest first, last 200 entries. Every change made from this console is logged with who made it.

Two-step sign-in

Everyone can add a passkey (sign in without a password) or a second step after any sign-in from their own Settings. Switch a role on to require the second step — those people are walked through setup at their next sign-in and see no data until it’s done. The database enforces this, not just the pages.

Retention

Dispatch history is kept for 365 days; older days are purged automatically from the cloud and devices — exactly as promised on the legal page. Shop records are kept indefinitely (service history is an asset’s resume).

Ticket photosThe photos drivers take — scale tickets, hourly time slips and the tickets of loads inside a shift — are kept for this long; the typed numbers, quantities and shift times are kept forever. Purging removes photos older than the window. It runs only when someone presses the button — nothing deletes by itself — so give one person the job of pressing it about once a month.
