Days before a date that the board turns a row amber (Due) and when it first shows up as Soon. Two sets: the slow renewals need an appointment; the quick ones need a phone call.

What this app will not hold
By design, so there is nothing here worth stealing.
No licence or CDL numbers. No medical examiner or National Registry numbers. No drug or alcohol results, ever — only in the pool or not. No Clearinghouse PDFs or confirmation numbers. No plates, VINs or policy numbers. No scans or photos of any of it. The note on each line is for where the paper lives; a long run of digits is refused when you save.
Who can open this: administrators, and anyone an administrator ticks under Also opens › Safety on the Admin › Accounts page. Drivers see only their own dates, on their own page.
