No calls at 5 a.m. to find out where you’re going. No pile of scale tickets on the dash. Open the app, read the job, tap 10-4, haul. Snap each ticket as you get it — it sends itself when you’re back in coverage. At the end of the day, one tap tells the office you’re done.
What’s inside
One screen, in the order you read it: who it’s for, what you’re hauling, where you load, where you dump. Big type, works in the dark, works with no signal.
Customer, product, load at, deliver to. Addresses open in Maps. Phone numbers dial. Contact names, hours and the notes from dispatch are right there.
Your dispatch is sealed until you open it with a 10-4. That one tap tells dispatch you have it — nobody has to call you to check.
Snap the ticket, type the number and the tons. It goes to the office by itself. No more tickets lost in the truck or handed in a week later.
No signal at the quarry? Save it anyway. The ticket waits on your phone and sends itself the moment you’re back in coverage — and it tells you when it did.
On an hourly job, start the shift, tap each load as you haul it, tap Truck down if you break down, end the shift with a photo of the signed slip. The hours count themselves.
Type your truck and trailer once in the morning — or tap Use last. Every ticket that day is stamped with it, so the office doesn’t have to ask.
One suite
Your 10-4 shows on the dispatcher’s board the second you tap it. Your tickets land in Billing with the photo the moment they send — no envelope, no Friday pile on the dash.
Your sign-in is yours. A password the office hands you is temporary — you choose your own the first time you sign in — and a driver account opens the driver page and nothing else.
See Admin →Your tickets become the invoice. The office figures pay from the invoiced hauls each week. Your statement lists every haul and every deduction, each one by what it was for.
See Billing →The dispatcher builds the day, publishes it, and watches the 10-4s come in. Tomorrow’s job is announced on your phone but stays sealed until you’ve finished today.
See Dispatch →Quoting is office work; nothing from it shows on a driver’s page. The rate on the ticket is still the office’s business.
See Quote →When your medical card or CDL is coming up, your page says so — “Medical card due in 30 days” — with time to book the appointment. Nobody else’s dates show on your page.
See Safety →If your truck goes down, the shop sees the unit and the work order. Owner-operators: if the office puts tires or repairs on your weekly statement, each one is listed by what it was for.
See Shop →A day with 10-4 Driver
A note says tomorrow’s dispatch is posted. You finish today, tap Done for today, and open tomorrow’s with a 10-4 — or just open it in the morning. Either works.
Tap the address to navigate. Tap the number to call the scale house. First load of the day, type your truck and trailer once (or Use last).
Snap the scale ticket, type the number and the tons, save. In the pit with no bars? It sends itself later. On an hourly job, tap + Load instead.
Tap Done for today. The office knows that’s everything. Add one more and it re-opens — nothing is ever locked against you.
