Part of the 10-4 suite · Suite console

Who can open what —
set once, enforced everywhere.

Who can open what, the company the other apps print, the security you want per role, and a backup you can take with one click. The console the owner keeps, so nobody else has to think about it.

What’s inside

Five roles, seven apps, one list, enforced by the database.

Admin is where the suite is set up once. A role change here applies at the person’s next sign-in, everywhere.

Accounts & roles

Admin, dispatch, mechanic, billing, driver. Add office people here; drivers are created on the dispatch board and appear automatically. A role opens its own app; Also opens checkmarks on the same row let one person into Dispatch, Shop, Billing or Safety as well.

Passkeys & two-step

Anyone can add a passkey or a second step from their own settings. Switch a role on to require it — those people are walked through setup at their next sign-in and see no data until it’s done.

Sign-in that fails safe

A password-reset link is never a sign-in. Privileged accounts can’t be created or reset from a driver flow. Auto sign-out after inactivity on this device. The rules live in the database, not just the pages.

Company profile

The suite-wide identity: name, address, phone, emails. Printed on every sheet and invoice, copied into Billing’s first company with one tap.

Activity log

Every change made from the console, newest first, with who made it. The answer to “who turned that off?” is a scroll away.

Backups & retention

One-click copies of the live board, every saved dispatch day, the shop data, suite settings and accounts — JSON and CSV, to a file on this computer. Dispatch history is kept for a year and purged on schedule.

One suite

Set up once. Every app inherits it.

The company profile, the accounts and the security rules are entered here and used everywhere else. Nothing to keep in step by hand.

Tip Also opens — tick Billing, Dispatch, Quote, Safety or Shop on any staff row to let that person into another app, and untick to take it back.

First day, ten minutes

Company. People. Security. Then leave it alone.

Fill in the company

Name, address, phone, emails. That’s the block on every printed sheet and invoice from now on.

Add the office

A dispatcher, a mechanic, someone for billing. Drivers come from the board as dispatch adds them.

Turn on two-step where it matters

Admins and billing, usually. Take a backup. Come back when someone joins or leaves.

Private beta

The console the owner keeps.

10-4 Admin comes with the suite — there’s nothing extra to buy or install. Get on the private beta and it’s the first page you’ll set up.
